yes, and when you can get a used one for about the same price I see no reason not to get a 9700 pro over this.

Any of the 9700 series or 9800 series (except maybe SE) will crush that X600, its still a four pipe card

Next time read the post carefully, then reply

EDIT: I don't care how many pipes it has, for someone in the market for a NEW card, this is a fantastic deal, remember how most 9600xt's sell for $170?

I think it's a good deal as well...I wouldn't risk buying a refurb again (I got burnt 1 before) and buying "used" is pretty risky in my book (with everyone overclocking these days). So...for $120.00, it's a decent card to buy while waiting for the newer generation of cards to drop in price.

I want a new 9800 Pro (with 256 bit memory) or a nVidia 5900 (with 400 MHz core and 850 MHz memory) for ~$160.00. I bought 1 of each for ~$180.00 5 months ago and could use 1 more card. I'm sure not going to spend ~$190 for a 9800 Pro (or $170.00 for a 5900xt with slower core/memory) when the 6800 GT crushes both cards and may be ~$250 in 6-8 months or so.

One thing for sure...my old GF3 Ti200 won't cut it for too long in my newest rig:)

The 5900XT isn't too much slower than the 5900s, I wouldn't really sweat it.
