9600 XT color problems

I am running a 9600 XT on a winxp machine. When I add my tv to the card via the s video connection, it displays the desktop on the tv fine, but no color, just black and white. I first had my monitor hooked to the dvi plug, and then switched it to the vga plug. Didnt make any difference as to the color problem to the tv, still no color. I know its not the tv, b/c I had it connected to my old fx 5200 card, and it worked fine.

Dont know if this matters with the ati card, but I have an s video to rca adapter, so I can run a rca cable to the tv. Any ideas?
