96 Accord CD player.... Amp pre-outs?

How would I hook my 2 amps and sub to a 1996 Accord with a stock Stereo with Stock CD Player?

Would I have to get a new head unit?

High level inputs just run off of your speaker wire.

Both my amps only have composite inputs... I suppose there are converters.. but don't they suck?
