CF seems to be scaling really well [two cards vs. one] on games it works properly on, which seems to be most.

It actually did far better than the 8800 Ultra in SLI even, but i suspect that could be somewhat due to CPU limitations.

And while nV's Vista drivers certainly do take more of a hit than ATi's, they aren't too bad, which is good to see.

I must say, the 2900 XT trades places with the GTS a lot in the DirectX10. Looks to be an ok competitor...

tutega1986, I was going to suggest using wget (with wildcards), but I forgot. :(

Bet there's a script out there for saving large articles, though.

this should be the video forum chant
------------------------------------------------------
In our view, recent and NV in the field of graphics chips for ATI battles almost exhausted. NV?????????????????????????NV half of a product upgrade is like an opponent will be step by step toward abyss.

If you look at the raw specs of 2900XT and compare them to the 8800, than look at developer notes about directX10 and seeing what video card features make a DX10 title perform better. Clearly, the 2900XT will outperform a 8800 in Dx10. but thats like a year down the road :p
