OCZ memory really sucks, most of it won't even run at the speed they rate it at. Look at any site with benchmarks on it... This also is only cas2.5 which is slower then a lot of the new ddr333 sticks out there. Which you can find much cheaper, and from better vendors... If you really want something that can get close to ddr433 (good cooling I bet you could get it up there too), go for Corsair XMS3200.

I've seen a bunch more that say about the same thing, I can't find those as I lost a lot of my bookmarks... :/
