WTF... 92.3FM KROCK again change and are now 92.3 Now FM.

Seems like they fired everyone because it claims that it will play 10,000 songs in a row without commercials. And its not rock music, its now Hit Music... Britney, Beyonce, Rhianna.. etc.

This station has been going back and forth ever since Howard Stern left.

Oh crap, that's why they were playing Akon last night. 🙁 Damnit. I only have two stations I listened to - WZZO in Allentown, PA and KROCK. Now I only have WZZO, and where I live is about the edge of reception. If I go east, I can't listen to WZZO.

man, i liked KRock. One of the few stations I enjoyed listening to.

Now I'm down to WNYC 93.9, WCBS 101.1 and Q104 104.3

NY doesn't have any other rock stations. I don't need another Z100 station.

This station has sucked ever since Howard Stern left.

Fixed - I miss the glory days of KROCK 🙁

94.3 WPLJ here mostly and then KROCK... booker was back also, damn now he is gone again.
Also KROCK has O & A in the mornings. I didn't listen to them, but they just dump them also.

if you like rock and you're in the k-rock zone, you should see if you can get seaton hall radio... played a lot better rock music than k-rock ever did... 89.5 I think?

I've been out of the station's range for a couple years (though new brunswick radio is pretty good on 90.3 and WFMU on 91.1 is probably the best radio station in the world)

They need to find another redneck with no class stat to stay alive imo.

Howard Stern was hired when that station was a dump with no ratings. He brought in the advertisers and the listeners. There was a reason for that...he is interesting and he makes people laugh.

I am a Sirius subscriber and the only reason for that is Howard Stern.

No university radio stations available? There are some good ones, typically at the low end of the FM dial.

KROCK sucked...good riddance, again.
RXP was good when it started, but I'm back in NYC again this week and they're still playing the same stuff they did when I left 7 months ago.
Guess I'll just stick to WFUV.

Shoutcast has more then enough to keep anyone alive.

How do I tune that station on my car radio?

Who the hell listens to radio in a car still? 😉

Hook up a mp3 player or such.

Radio is free. Try to imagine a world outside of your bubble where everyone isn't exactly like you. 😉
