Man, I am thrilled. I felt the same way when I started using my CPAP machine.

I realized I was sleeping through the night for the first time in years. Gone were the red eyes and the constant tiredness.

And as a side-benefit anyone sharing the bed with me can actually get some sleep now!

Can the output from fitness watches give good data concerning your sleep cycle?

I live in Portland and we can't staff the non-emergency line at all. You will wait for >1 hour to talk to someone if they don't spontaneously disconnect. Its always boggled my mind that these service lines are so hard to staff because it would appear to me that it wouldn't need a lot of money. Maybe I'm wrong and don't know what goes into staffing emergency lines.
