BUT... the cop is SUPPOSED to be the professional one here. This is an emergency line. He should NOT act reactionary to fowl language and should FIRST determine if there is an emergency and respond to it.
In short, no matter how fowl mouthed she was, the cop is still wrong. His job is not to be the morality police or manners police. His job when answering 911 calls is to determine if there is an emergency and where to send help.

Aahahahahahahahaha.
Cops are great at hating on filthy mouth female's, no mercy male or female for the bad mouths.
Don't act like a belligerent prostitute when calling the cops and you'll be ok. That cop shouldn't have to say sh*t if you ask me.
You've got to be fucking kidding me. That officer has no business being in the 911 call center acting like that, he could have cost someone their life. They should be used to and even expect the people calling to be upset, distressed, angry, etc.
When you ask for help, you don't command it then threaten to sue over simple cooperation tactics and information exchange, he's free and clear. I understand police should know when they're dealing with someone not so bright, and that's exactly why the police showed up despite the messy communication.
You can't just call and say SEND AN AMBULANCE; that costs dollars and you've got to state your case before the paramedics go out.
Officer followed through on a disrespectful confrontation, he shouldn't loose his roll as he did his job.
I'm sure six minutes is not grounds for getting fired, they've probably covered up worse.
Uh, you pay for the ambulance if/when they send one... It is not free. Further, my tax dollars are paying for the 911 service. I don't care what she said, he failed.
If you think this clown did his job, I hope you have to call 911 some day and get craptacular service. Outrageous.

That guy needs to be fucking fired. He needs to be more than fired. I hope she sues him for all he's worth.
6 minutes is a very, very long time when someone is having a medical emergency.

Yea, he could have fucking died in those 6 minutes. The officer should be fired immediately and a suit should be brought against him and the station.

alright, we should have a pole.
if your father was 3 weeks out of brain surgery and then fell on the floor with a seizure, who would not use a single curse word from that moment until you knew he was ok?
anyone?
I dont think so.
if I called 911 and said "fuck, I need an ambulance", the least the guy can say is, "mam please calmly without cursing explain your problem so we can help you immediately."
hope he gets fired and no one wants to hire him
why would he call you "ma'am" when you're a guy? "freshgearDUDE"

I'd be really reactionary if I heard bird language on a phone call to 911!

If I was the girl and my father died in those 6 minutes I'd spend as much time as it took (up to the rest of my life) to ensure that the guy got jail time.
