Based on the metaphysical implications of the poster's sig, there is no definitive method to be assured that this is indeed a repost, but perhaps merely a glitch in our collective perception. There are no absolutes, remember? 😉

It's not as if Stamford, Conn. is a "urban" or low-income area. Also, the question of defining "rape" should come into play considering that we do not know the particulars of the incident.

"Was it a coed bathroom?" Ms. Rende asked. "Is it locked? I'm wondering whether this child was expelled and I'd like to know where he's from. Is he from the neighborhood or is he bused in?"

The first two questions are valid. I haven't the foggiest why the third one was even asked. Does it matter whether "he was from he neighborhood or bused in"?
