Yes, this was a co-ed bathroom, the door was un-locked intially (we do not know the whether it was locked while the incident was in occurence)

I want to take this time to thank all of the parents of the children doing crap like this. You are thoroughly making my life that much worse. This is why mandatory steralization of most of the country would be a great thing.
