Actually there is a certainty. Trump is just going to make things worse. The stock market is living on the hopes and dreams of delusional and mostly wealthy and institutional lunatics
 
I watched some of it and what struck me was how soft spoken he is now. No more anger or bloviating, just standing in front of the teleprompter and reading.

The other weird thing is that right at the beginning as he walked through the doors up to the podium, he said "thank you very much" as if there was a crowd in the room cheering him on. But it was an empty room.

He's a total social energy vampire. He isn't excited about anything unless there is a crowd in front of him cheering him on.

😀 <-- this is me imagining myself willingly watching him say anything in a live fashion. It's just so, like, I don't know....downfall of humanity embarassing. does that make sense? It's just kind of offensive to all of us, that any of this ever became possible.
