Also, I think 8 out of those 9 items were made up BY Boston people as a way to start arguments. If you have heard any of those tales, you are a resident. If you have never heard any of them then you're an outsider and need an ass beating.

Based on the fact that while using IE here at work, it gave me TWO popup ads, and separated what should have been a 1 page articles into 9 ad packed pages.

not really. perhaps I'm experiencing a whoosh moment here...but my main point is that the myths themselves are so mundane and vanilla. hell, all of the traffic related ones are pretty much the same anywhere you go.

Anyway, I've decided that the Bay Area has the absolute worst drivers. Fucking unbelievable out here.

Detroit bashing is fun, but I dont think Detroit is "hated" like a lot of other cities. Usually people feel pity or are just simply amazed at what Detroit is.

Yeah. I was thinking detroit when I read the thread title, then thought for a few seconds, and basically came up with the same reasoning here for why it really isn't hated.

I've been to Boston, NY, Baltimore, and Philly. I've disliked Philly and Boston the most among the east cities. I've never seen such a concentration of assholes and douches. It also seems they're proud to be complete dicks. I'll never visit those cities ever again. Especially Philly. I may give Boston one more chance, but Phuk Philly.
