If that's the Sega sports version of NCAA2k3, I think it's $7.99 preowned from EBgames. I bought it and NFL2k3 for under $20, with 2nd day fedex (with a coupon that expired).

They might as well be new, everything was included and they're in stellar shape. Of course, YMMV on the condition.
