I reconnected with several people from eighth grade on Facebook. I haven't had real correspondence with most of them. Someone in the group arranged an unofficial reunion. I think I am curious enough to go. Would you go?

Someone suggested that we bring our families. This seems strange to me to bring my family to meet people I haven't seen or talked to in 20 years. Would you bring your family or go alone?

8th grade? That seems a bit... pointless.
Why not high school class reunion? Everyone in 8th grade went on to high school, I hope, yes?

You'd bring your spouse to a a high school or college reunion... I wouldn't bring kids though.

Asking us whether we'd go is kind of silly; do you want to see the people who are going or not?

8th grade reunion is just stupid.

Maybe a graduation reunion like a lot of places do.

Plus at 8th grade there usually are no hot chicks yet you want to nail so it's even more pointless to see if they are still hot or not.

there are a few friends from junior high that I wouldn't mind seeing again... some of whom I'm FB friends with, but they're scattered pretty far around the country; none of us lives in our hometown anymore.

I passed on my 10 year high school reunion this year... I figure, the only person I'd want to see (excluding people from hs that I'm still friends with and actively see on a regular basis) wouldn't go.

my best friend from high school won't friend me on facebook and it's annoying me to no end D: like, I've thought about driving up to Amherst and punching him in the stomach.

Nah, middle school sucks. Everyone's a brat, and I don't want to remember people that way. High school reunions are better; most people have matured a bit by 12th grade.
