Well, I fully blame you DAPUNISHER, but I went ahead and ordered a NF7-S. I did a little research on it last night, and I found it fit my needs perfectly, and best of all, they changed to a red pcb on the rev2 boards. :)

I'll get a chance to play around with it for awhile until my complete system is completed in the fall sometime. I think I have a pair of those Corsair 3200 LL's kickin around here somewhere. ;)

Oh, one more thing...doesn't the NF7-S look so much better than it did originally.

:)

Okay so here's the bottom line, i'm building a new amd system with a barton 2500, and one stick of 512MB PC3200 Buffalotech (winbond) RAM (ive heard plenty of nightmares about Kingston Hyper-X and Corsair), should I go with the 8rda+ mobo or the 8rda3+ ??

That's an awesome board Insane  I had no idea they went with a red PCB like MSI uses, it looks good. At least with Abit the color can symbolize bleeding edge instead of bleeding out :p We'll be expecting a review now BTW ;)

It comes with round cables? sweetness
I'm pretty sure the SLK-800 won't be an issue here, it could mount fine on the regular 8RDA+, right? The 8RDA3+ seems to have the same amount of room available, if a little more, plus the mount points.
