8K7A: Parallel Port / Printer Cable Problem

Couple of days back I set up a new system

Motherbd 8k7A
1.2Ghz AXIA-Y
512MB PC2100
TaiSol 742XXXX
Antec 1030/300W
2 Rear 1 Front Fans.

This system is not booting when my parallel printer is connected. I would appreciate any pointers to this problem.

I read about printer problems with this motherboard about a week ago. It was either here at this forum, or over at amdmb.com. Seems like some peeps are having the same problem with booting you're having. Check it out, because I don't remember the details. Good luck.
