8K7A+ DDR, two questions

1.) Does this board support ECC memory?
2.) I heard there may be a problem with using two sticks of 256 with this MoBo, is this commonplace?

1) Yes, I believe so since there's an option in the BIOS
2) I've heard the same, but I don't have one myself. DDR voltage @ 2.8V, stable as anything. I don't think it's too common.
