8800GTS Volt-mods???

I have been looking around ever since I saw how lame my 8800GTS performed on the CRYSIS beta for a way to volt-mod using software. How can that be that no one has developed a program to do it. I see in old ATITool pictures in the forums that it used to offer voltage adjustments. I understand that it is extremely dangerous to volt-mod, but it is up to the user right. So Where is the program, there has to be one that people just don't want to talk about. you can up the volts on your CPU and RAM using software, so why not you GPU? When I overclock right now I can get 648/1620/850 Max, And at load my temps are fine, low 60's. I know my card can handle more juice, I just need to find out how to do it. I don't have a steady enough of a hand to use a soldering iron, so I need to find a software program that can do it. Does anybody know where I can find such a program Thanx for any advice people

You'll probably need to mod it physically. The 7 series cards were hardwired to their voltages and couldn't even be changed through the BIOS, so I'm guessing the 8 series ones are similar. The ATI Tool adjustments you saw were probably on some ATI card, which have supported voltage adjustments through the drivers since the X1 series.
