8800GT Crashing?

Just recently (as in past two days) while playing World of Warcraft my screen would g o blank (an in no video in going to the screen) for like 3 seconds, then pops back. It's only happened twice. I don't think the card is overheating. Should I try reinstalling the drivers? I haven't tried playing with a more intense game to see if heating was an issue yet.
