8800GT 512MB vs 8800GTS 640MB

After about a month of comparing prices and performance rates. i'm down to purchasing one of these two cards for a video upgrade. I still don't know which to get, does anyone have a link that compares, in anandtech or elsewhere, these two VGA cards regarding game performance/quality?

its like 30% increase in price for 10-15% in performace. He could consider it, and it wouldn't be a total tard for choosing the GTS G92, but the 8800GT is such a gem... and he already chose the 8800GT, so all is right in the world.
