8800gt 320mb or 640mb?

I am playying on getting 8800gt soon quite to its falling price. Although I got a question, I currently owna 19in lcd monitor that I just purchase around a year ago. It is unlikely I am goign to change mon any time soon unless it break down so, my question is: if the max resolution i am going to play game at is 1280 x 1024, am I better off with 320 due to my low resolution or get the 640 instead. I am planning on doing this soon since my 7800gt with vivo can still get around a 100 if i sell it. Which one seems to give me the best bang for the buck?
 
Regardless of resolution, with the current pricing and promotion (which aimed squarely at AMD's new offering) 640MB version is the only way to go. I think the price difference is only $20~40. (used to be almost $100)
