Hi I have overclocked my gts up to 800 core/1000 mem and it is completely stable, however, when I benchmark it using world in conflict (1600x1200) or 3dmark06 (1280x1024), i get the exact same score as stock. I have tried 700/972, 750/972 and they all give around the same score.

My GPU load temp is 43C at the highest oc. Drivers are the newest beta drivers. I am using RivaTuner 2.06 and I have confirmed the GPU clock frequency using GPUZ.

My processor is an E2180@3ghz, mb is 680i lt, 4gb ram

Any insight or advice on why i am not getting better framerates?

thanks!

V-sync enabled? (though your lowest fps should rise)
Maybe your card doesnt scale well while overclocking?

v-sync is disabled

and at 1600x1200 resolution i dont think the processor is the limitation. could it be the drivers? maybe i will try other benchmarks and see

The bolded part is the key... a 10% oc on the core clock does not mean 10% more FPS...
Either other components in your system are limiting you, or its just not a significant enough change in clock speed to cause significant changes in game score.
