That company doesn't deserve anyone's money.

Looks like they won't be getting much money either way. I just checked their site for a Sempron 3000+ AM2 ($35 - hot deal) but then noticed that their site is... barren. There's hardly any product left and most is in their "Clearance" section that I've been getting emails about over the last month. Also, they used to flog extended warranty - now they only offer manufacturer's warranty. Looks like they're down for the count.

Guys, I know monarch in the past has been a great place to purchase from, but I would stay away from them for a while. I don't know what happened, change in management, ownership, outgrew their capacity, etc., etc., but they have been really poor lately.

I actually second this completely. I just paid my extra $50 @ zzf because of appalling service and damaged goods in a recent combo mobo/core2duo order.

I am having a horrible experience with monarch at the moment. Their latest interaction with me borders on fradulent (in that they haven't given me what I ordered or a refund, 6 weeks have passed) and needless to say I am having my bank strongarm them to get my money back.

Yeah, they suck now.
