875 best stability?

Entropism

I'm trying to decide whether I want to build my own again or go with a pre-built (Dell XPS or Voodoo, most likely) and I'm really just going for super-stability here. No overclocking whatsoever.

Standard features are needed; SATA & IDE (NO raid being used) the Intel CSA NIC, Firewire, USB2, the standard stuff really.

If I build my own, I'll be using:

P4 3.0
2 gigs of ram (whatever plays nice and preferably can run at 2-2-2)
2x 120gig Seagate SATAs
Motherboard in question

And what I already own:

9800NP 128MB
Audigy 2 ZS
NEC 1300A
Lite-On 52x burner
Dell 2001FP (coming monday! Woot!)
XP Pro

Anyways.... I've built my own for my last 3 systems, and let me tell you, stability has been a joke. From the first ABIT Athlon boards (Slot not socket) to the Soyo Dragon+ I'm using now, I cant play games for more than a half hour without it crashing. Nothing intensive either. Star Wars Galaxies crashes every 10 minutes for me, it's rediculous. THIS is why I'm looking to buy, not build. But, the geek in me wants to build, and I'm not up to spec with the 875 boards, or intel in general. Any opinions?
