8600GT choppy video fullscreen, 2nd monitor

I've been having this problem forever!

I have a Gigabyte 8600GT. It has dual DVI out, which I'm using with dual U2410's. System is Win7 64bit, Core 2 1.8ghz o/c'ed to 3.2ghz, 4gb ram, etc.

I just got the latest nvidia drivers.

I have the latest version of Chrome, latest version of Flash installed.

When I run youtube videos fullscreen (i.e. Game of Thrones trailers) on the second monitor, the video is choppy. If I move the window to the first monitor and go fullscreen, its not choppy.

If I watch the same video on Firefox, which is forced to HTML5 video, its not choppy on either monitor.
