850 wear leveling

My 850 evo is already showing a wear level count of 1 it is only 3 months old and doesn't get used a lot...should i be worried>?

Just use your 850 EVO as if it were a classic hard disk and forget about it. We're long past the time where NAND wear is a matter of concern (for desktop use).

RAW value 7 and it will propably still work for the next 10 years =)

This means that your SSD performed on average 1 program erase cycle out of 2000 on its NAND memory blocks. I would start worrying in 500 years.

On Samsung SSDs the normalized value ("Current" from CrystalDiskInfo as in the previously posted screenshot) shows wear as a percentage, while the raw value as the number of P/E cycles performed on average on all NAND blocks.

Yep. I saw that and corrected it. Sounds like he means raw value and I was thinking normalized.
