80's concert?

My dad was telling me about a concert that happened in the 80's to raise money for africa or something, where all the big musicians did it at no cost, do you know what that was called?

It was for a cause that needed money I think. Elton John was a part of it too.

IIRC, we are the world was wrriten for Live Aid. Mind you, I was 6 when the 80's ended.

yeah, LiveAid. Launch.com has a Queen song from that concert that you can see, maybe other bands, too, i don't know.

but the best concert ever to be at Wembley Stadium was Queen a couple years later. 🙂 omg, so good.
