Did I ever mention how much I love cheap stuff? What is the difference noise-wise between this and a Panaflo 1LA?

Thanks.

Thanks!!! I ordered the 5-pack. I have a PC-65 w/dual blue CC lights, and modded drive bay panels w/blue LEDs on the switches, so these will be going in to replace every fan in my case.....Just the thing I needed!

Where are the blue leds located? Do they spin with the fan or are they attached to the quard?

Have you tried plugging them into a different pc? Maybe it is a bad plug. I have seen the ones that GtPrOjEcTX has and they don't blink. If mine blink I will just RMA them. Hope get your problem fixed.

Dammit, i have two problems with these...

1) THEY ALL BLINK, I haven't seen anything look so bad before

2) 2/5 are purple. Like, ok cool they are purple, but they blink at a slower rate. But that doesn't mean that they are on more that they are off. Its like when they feel like it, they glow

I hope i can get some real ones... hehehe "real"

Are these 3 pin connectors? I'm looking on the site now and I'm missing where it says so.
Also what do you guys think about this Fan
It's also an 80mm but it's 4.99

that "blinking" problem is not sounding too good guys - i just bought a couple led fans along with a bunch of rounded cables and a new CPU Cooler (SVC GC68). i hope i don't run into too many problems with all this stuff...

Mine are all blinking too, but I like it that way. Best part is that they are hardly noticeable while the room lights are on (so won't be annoyed by the blinking). Flick the light switch and you have a rave right in your rig. :D

I sent an email to SVC, and here's what they said:

This is the design of the fan. The old units light up continuously. The original specifications from the manufacturer was to blink, but they couldn't make it on the first batch. All of the fans in the lineup will have flashing lights from now on. It adds more of a showy look to the case.

I modded mine with the LEDs from the Lord of the Rings Burger King mugs. Very spiffy indeed.
I also agree, the flashy stuff is irritating.

No, I don't think you DID mention that in the only other post you made! :D

I'm actually Seyba, but anandtech never answers their emails and won't fix my original account.
