Circuitcity has the Western Digital 80GB internal ide drive for $19.99 after 2 $30 MIRs. 11/17-11/19.

edited to correct rebate amounts. Thanks esquared. My coffee hadn't kicked in at that time allowing me to tell the difference between the 2 and the 3 on the keyboard. 🙂

Looks like it's 2 x 30.00 in MIR.

Staples has it for 89.98

It's $79.99 already at CC, so no need to pricematch.

All the stores were OOS in my area. I ordered 2 of them today and paid so I could get the rebates. Should be in the store in about a week. There are 2 $30 MIR per drive. Sucks that I'm gonna have to do 4 rebates, but for $20 a 80GB, I'll suffer.

Thanks OP.

The best thing here is that these rebates go to Circuit City and not to Western Digital. I've always had good experiences with CC rebates and they always come within a month or less. I'm definitely getting this drive.

Just picked it up....almost got the csr to pm to target (~$62), because Walmart was OOS. Supervisor walked up and asked what was going on...grr. Going to try again on the 20th.

Edit: I wasn't purchasing @ walmart, they were just OOS so CC wouldn't PM to them.

I don't recommend buying this HD now since they're selling a 200Gb (I believe it's Maxtor) for 30$ at CompUSA and Staples on Black Friday.

Just picked one up here for 69.99. Rang up for 79.99 but had lower price tag on the shelf. Nice drive for that price.

You mean if you're willing to wake up super early or even camp out, stay in line, and fight over others to even be able to OBTAIN this HD.

I hear you. I did that once and vowed that I would never do it again and I haven't. It's just not worth the time and aggrevation.

I've done it for about 4 years now. It is TOTALLY worth the time, and there is not much aggravation. The prices you get on Black Friday are unbelievable.
