802.11 capable PDA

I'm looking for the least expensive PDA with 802.11b wireless capability, so the least expensive combination I've found to date is an open-box Palm Zire 31 with an aftermarket 802.11b card, for a total of around $160. Please feel free to suggest better/less expensive combos as I'm new to the PDA area.

Questions:
1) If I add an 802.11b wireless card to the Zire 31, will I be able to access webpages provided that I have a web browser installed?

2) Do open-box PDAs from palmone.com normally come with the AC Adapter? The website stated that some original materials may be missing. 😱

Thanks in advance,
Michael

You can access web pages, but it's not going to be any fun unless the pages were designed for wap. The screen is just too small for any kind of normal web page out there. So if you're buying specifically for the reason of being able to view webpages, look elsewhere.

Granted there are problems with not being able to view the entire web page, but as a solution you can log on to skweezer.net and enter the url. It does a good job on a lot of web pages.
