Damn..that dude is probably the biggest person I've seen. Don't think even Arnold in his prime was nearly that big.

arnold is actually kinda short irl. i think hes around 5'8"

Arnold is 6'2", and 235 when he competed. Coleman competes at around 280-285. That's more than Arnold's off-season weight was.

Just because your arms are bigger than God's, it doesn't mean you don't get knocked out just as easy as the next guy.
You can't build muscle on your face.

And lets see you actually get to the face. He can probably grab you by the time you get close enough to look up and feel his chin

Pfft

That's all?

Louis Cyr lifted 900 lbs with one hand and had nowhere near that muscular developement.

Who is that?
Louis Cyr

Looks like a wimp to me... :D

I am highly skeptical of those numbers... also, if they are true...he is a genetic mutant and I would have much more respect for Ronnie, since he actually works on his body.

You know, I work out a lot. I understand the feeling that no matter how strong you get that you still want to be able to add 5 or 10 more pounds no matter what.

With that being said, I don't ever want to be as big as that guy. :p It's not genetically possible but even if it were I'd still say hell no. :p

Arnold's "stage height" is 6'2", but in real life he's not quite six feet. (During the 2003 American Film Market, he and Maria were coming out of a restaurant just in front of my friends Mark and Michelle Grove and he was barely any taller than Mark, who is under six feet tall.) Most actors have an "official" stage height that's an inch or a couple taller than they are in real life.

Despite the ego-salving quality of claiming that bodybuilders and other athletes are slow and/or inflexible, they aren't--certainly not when compared to an average individual. They might not be the fastest and most flexible of athletes (that's not the main goal of their training), but they're more so than if they didn't train.

Coleman doesn't train purely for strength, thus if he focused on this alone, I can assure you he would probably set a new record on this lift.

I HIGHLY doubt the guy with the world record in deadlifts was drug free.

C'mon man, passing a drug test does not mean you are drug free. There are more drugs available which mask performance enhancing drugs, then drugs themselves. Besides, there is no authorized method for testing HGH levels in athletes. This is fact.

What are you talking about? Actual muscle with no skin? That's called low body fat percentage.

They all take drugs. They just cycle it during contests.

It's amazing the power of roids. I've seen HUGE bodybuilders get completely off roids for large health reasons and seen them lose all of that muscle, even while keeping a intensive training program.

All of these guys would most mass they're known for.

Still with bodybuilding the natural way, you can get large.

Also, girls like their guys lean and toned. Girls are tremendously put off by mass monsters.

i used to do this stuff, but not to his extent...wait til he is 50 and is joints are all gone, his liver is useless and his heart is so enlarged that his ventricles cannot empty out and begins congestive heart failure...

this freak show should be illegal...good grief, WE all know they ROID to get there...cannot do it in baseball, football, etc...

there is a rush, but i learned after a long stint in the ER, it is not worth it

I also have the full Ronnie Coleman video, and yes we do see him doing dumbell-pressing 200lbs per arm. And yes we do see him doing the T-bar with 12 plates. It is simply amazing.

But what we also see him doing is the split. Yes, he's flexible.
