Damn..that dude is probably the biggest person I've seen. Don't think even Arnold in his prime was nearly that big.

Arnold didn't have the benefit of the science and technology we have these days.
 
I've seen powerlifters do that weight. The difference is those powerlifters were USAPL which does random and extensive drug testing. They were clean, not nearly as cut but definitely as strong. Ronnie has so many roids, synthol, everything flowing through his body that his testicles have probably fallen off.

Probably like those dudes you see on the Strongest Man championships on TV. None of them are nearly as cut but they can lift amazing amounts of weight.
 
bah, whatever... If he had done a clean, then I would be impressed... (but the dude is huge! I remember when he was still a cop, they had to get special order bullet proof vests for him...)

Arnold is 6'2", and 235 when he competed. Coleman competes at around 280-285. That's more than Arnold's off-season weight was.
 
damn he has wings. I could still kick his ass. think of how stiff he has to be on a regular basis. if he got the chance to hit you it would level you in a single hit. Any god fighter could lant atleast 6-8 hits before he could even get a swing off.

While it's true most body builders aren't known for their flexibility, all this guy would have to do is grab an arm and rip it off then on to the next limb finishing with your head.

Arnold was never the biggest. His claim was being the most well proportioned and well defined body builder ever.

How much do the Olympic guys lift? I don't know what the event is called, but they press the barbell over their head.
