Sorry, but she doesn't sing like a professional opera star. I sing opera, in part, for a living. I'm also considered somewhat of an authority on juvenile vocal training and development.
I'm glad that some people like what she does, and I'm glad that it exposes them to the type of music that I love. But, little Jackie Evancho is not one of the professional opera singers who can fill a 3,000-seat opera house without a microphone and over a 70-piece orchestra. That takes years of training only after her little body has grown an instrument capable of doing so. She's an excellent mimic of the style, but her still-developing vocal instrument is headed for trouble if she keeps doing what she's doing.
If you think what she's doing is cool, do yourself a favor and go see a real opera in person. If you can't do that, the Metropolitan Opera and La Scala both simulcast opera performances to movie theaters in high definition. You might be amazed what the real stars can do!
