Which makes no sense, not least because I was born on the gen x / gen y boundary.

I do have opinions on those ads, and they vary as much as the ads do. What I don't have an opinion on is other people's opinions, except to say that I don't really care what they think. I am not offended by someone else taking offense or not.

the first was a comedy sketch, the second wasn't racist at all. you remain an idiot.

the second i have to admit i don't see the racism.

You are amazingly wrong about everything. How do you even function in life? Do you live in a padded cell that only funnels in ATOT and Fox News?
 
The difference between today and then is not "PC" as some seem to think. Although those Ads were likely humorous for the time, they also were a reflection of the attitudes towards women(in regards to particular Ads shown) at that time. In short, they sucked.

That said, we shouldn't be too cocky about having grown past those attitudes, because we still have our own shortcomings and in a few generations we too will be judged about those.
