Thanks Joker... Looked like a good deal to me, so I went ahead and jumped on it. Don't have much use for a drill press, so I figure a light-duty kind of thing would be good, and the $2 shipping really was nice

nice deal. you can also usually get good deals on drill presses at harbor freight tools, if you have one of them nearby.

I wish there was a brand or hp rating on this thing.

It says 10 hp, 5 speed, 620-3100rpm, chuck 1/2". Jumped on this also. Well worth the price. Most of the ones I've seen are $80+ and shipping kills any good deals, but not this one.

It's Made by Power Glide like it says in the pic. 620-3100 RPM, 1/2" chuck.

i'm sorry but i don't think that's 10 hp, most likely 1/3 HP, I just bought a similar drill press for the same price from Harbor Freight.

Price is up to $42.99, but this is stilla decent little drill press! Just got mine today and put it together now. Nothing I would want to have if I was building a house or something, but for what I will be doing, I think it will work out nicely! Still a nice deal if anyone is interested!
