I think you mean FXAA not TXAA. TXAA will be introduced in upcoming games and both AMD and Nvidia users can enable it from what I understand. FXAA is in the Nvidia control panel and can be used right now. sure makes games like Borderlands, Dead Space and GTA 4 look much better.

I think games will have to be programmed to use TXAA as well. These are getting hard to keep track of, Nvidia has FXAA and AMD has MSAA I think.

2GB won't last you 2 years comfortably. 6-12 months yes. But not 1.5-2 years. But yea, I will upgrade as soon as the next gen is launched.

With latest drivers I don't think AMD has anything to worry about. They just need to release faster Mhz cards and reviewers will advertize how great they are like they did for 670/680.

It's basically even this round which bods badly for us. Prices will stay high as there is no 10% slower card to sit in $250-$300 segment like 6950s and 448s/570s

OP, Can you do me a big favor? Can you download the following video file from the link below and play it with WMP or MPC-HC with the GTX 680?

https://docs.google.com/open?id=0Bw8PJKYO40CGemh2Z2Z6UEdvQjg

It's a Skyrim gameplay video (1080p) from Tweakguide.com. Sorry it's somewhat big. (1GB+) My question is: When you play the video, what's the 680's clock frequency? Is it @2D frequency or 3D frequency?

Many thanks.

Oh. Dang. I though you had one. OK, never mind. Thanks, though.
