JTKGY Pretty good experience with that board? Just plug it all in and it works
None of that " I plugged all three power connectors and a car battery into my motherboard because I thought it needed more juice"

That pretty much describes it... Asus P4S533 is my third P4 board... I had trouble maintain 140fsb with Gigabyte GA-8IRXP
(heard that there's bug patch for it) and Soyo P4S Dragon ultra though these two other boards both got way more features
than Asus...
For Asus, I just plug it in and run 150fsb all day with everything set to default.
(I have Corsair XMS PC2700 512MB, by the way)
The only difference between these things is that I added Arctic Silver 3 before installing onto
the Asus board.
Speaking of features on the board... Asus always has less features on board than other boards (though it still cost more)...
anyone here try compare the overclockability of two Asus board... one OEM (with no features) and one retail with all the
available options using the exact same CPU, memory and PSU??? I wonder how they compare.
