Uh...I'm seeing $285 vs $299

weird. i saw the 7800gt at like 285 with a $20 rebate and the 7900gt at like 349 or around there when i looked.

X800XT FTW. With the exception of CSS, I play everything at 1280x1024 with everything on as far as it'll go, and it runs beautifully. Compared to the 9800Pro I was on before it's simply amazing, I still get a tear in my eye.

word. PLaying HL2 I have to bump up all the details otherwise the framerate is too high. This is with the same card and on a lowly 3.0 ghz p4.

When the current crop of uber fast cards hits $100, then I will upgrade.
