I wouldn't bet my granny's life on it, but you're probably fine, depending on your exact set-up.

Assuming an i5-4670K at stock, typical RAM/storage, you should be looking at somewhere in the neighborhood of 500-600W for your system with 2 7870 GHz editions in crossfire.

Well, I'm using a 3570k @ 4.2GHz, will I have to clock that back to stock if I want to be okay? I also have a tiny SSD (32gbs).

The TX750 will handle HD7970 crossfire, so you are perfectly ok. Overkill in my opinion, but you already have the PSU :)

You will be 100% fine and will not come close to 750w. A 650w would handle it fine.

I ran a 2500k @ 4.5 GHz with 2 x 7850's off a 550w PSU without issue.
