They cost about the same, so I was wondering what your impressions have been...

Specifically wrt to setup, BIOS, other aspects of the nitty gritty :)

I won't be doing any overclocking on this, and I'm a very casual gamer. I just want something reliable and useful! And hassle-free.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but Asrock is the economy/value-segment brand of Asus, right? So if price is not a problem, and neither of the boards sacrifice any spec/feature/functionality you are looking for, Asus all the way.
