785G Chipset Question - HDI *and* DVI support?

I have two monitors and was intending to drive one via DVI and the other via HDMI and I thought this chipset would support that.

I just got in a MB and the user guide is saying it is explicitly not supported. I'm holding out hope that this is a documentation error.

I thought I had avoided needing a video card. Poo

Just pick up a cheap video card. A 3450 was $15 on cyber monday at newegg.

It's not a documentation error, the DVI and HDMI can't be used simultaneously. For dual display, your options are VGA+DVI or VGA+HDMI. If you need two digital outputs, you'll have to purchase a discrete card.

The bummer - I would have very likely gone a different direction motherboard wise.

Ah well - it should still meet my needs. Thanks for the confirmation.
