The graphics core Radeon HD 3100 lacks only UVD, and its frequency is reduced to 350 MHz. So, which is it? And if you were building an HTPC does it really matter which one you get? I would like it to decode my h.264 HD movies (currently using VLC, will it still work?) and am torn between a 780V from Foxconn and a 780G from ASRock. I will be using a Kuma 2.7 ghz. 7750 BE. Which would you choose and why?
