So I had just downloaded Rivatuner. I was playing around with the tweaking. Anyhow, I tested my overclock and it said it failed the little test. So I clicked it back to no overclock, and it said that I had to reboot. So I did. When I booted back up, my screen is all messed up. Every 20 seconds the screen goes black, and when it's not black it is all "scratchy" I use "scratchy" for lack of a better term. It looks like different colors are sorta scratched on. Anyhow, it slows down everything and I can't open any programs, like Rivatuner, to try to fix it. I think that maybe it's trying to run at my original overclock I was playing with, but I can't get back into Rivatuner to see. Help!
