The test was at lowish res. so that might help the X850XT. I will try at higher res and post it soon.
ps the 7800 will almost certainly kill it by a hefty margin:(

Actually, if it's anything like FarCry, the two cards are stacked pretty evenly from the reviews I've seen.

I ran the test before I left for work, was in a hurry though, but the 7800GTX didn't have a problem at all. At least visually it was smooth, couldn't figure out how to get the Frames Per Second to show though. Anyone know how to get it to show? I get home around 8 in the morning, and I'll run it again then if someone could tell me how to get FPS to show. It looked pretty cool by the way

Alright, just got done with the demo again.

Lowest FPS I saw was 38 fps and highest was 97 fps. The settings were left alone, didn't change one thing. I would say the average was somewhere in between 60-70 fps.

Ran it also at 1600X1200. Lowest FPS was about 24 fps and highest was 57 fps. Average I think is mid 30s

I think it could give the GTX a good work out in higher Resolutions

ummm ... this is a 320 x 240 pixel movie.

I dont see how this would be a good benchmark.

My r9700pro ran it from 29 to 30fps.

Im predicting you're ignorant.

Great people skillz at work again Ackmed? Why don't you just sit back, relax, just read the forum and throw away your keyboard. You suck when it comes to talking with us in here. Who cares if there was any truth to your statement. Manners boy, manners.

Wow Those are some impresive results!
I Also tryed at the highest resolution a could 1280x1024 and got a low of 21ps
and 45 fps the highest.
So it's pretty clear the 7800 owns the X850XT.
