There seems to be a discrepancy between the effective date for the rebate listed on the card itself and the date listed on the rebate form. The card listing says the rebate is valid on purchases from 12/31 to 1/31 while the rebate form says it is valid 12/1 to 12/31. Any idea which is correct?

go with what the rebate form says. afraid? buy on the morning of 12/31. in the window for both

I guess the rebate form is probably more accurate. I would get the same card for an up-front price of $300 at Newegg though to avoid the rebate hassles.
