I would get the BFG because its cheaper, higher clocked, lifetime warranty and is in stock. But you can get a evga which has everything listed about the BFG but a better heatsink and a higher overclock and is cheaper.

The difference between the prices of the EVGA, BFG, and GIGABYTE does not matter. I am concerned with performance for games like HL2 and BF2.

If price is not an issue why not go with a GTX but if not I would say eVGA GT OC because most benchmarks say when overclocked its its Very close to a GTX

Your joking right? The performance gains/ losses betweens most reputable companies that make cards is so negligible at best why even bother with that. Its what? 1,2 fps??

I would rather look the warranty, overall stability, and the other stuff ppl mentioned in the thread. If your oc'ing then yea eVga is the way to go i hear, but if not then doesnt really matter.

Only issue i can think of is ive heard gigabyte sometimes has issues with graphics cards, artificating, memory leaks etc.. so my vote is bfg but not really for the performance because thats just stupid.
