What would they replace the current Congress with?
A fresh set of professional politicians who will fight over the scraps to bring home to their Congressional districts until those folks are thrown out for a new set.

They'd just be replaced with a new pile of partisan hacks; neocons, progressives, Republicans, Democrats, whatever else they like to call themselves. Nothing would really improve.

Sad but true, it will definitely be the last time Americans trust in the "democratic process" if its turns out to be the same old ppl juts new names, the only ppl voting there after will be the collage students and imported "immigrants" they feed and clothe.

What we really need in congress, I don't care what letter is beside the name, we need people with serious business *experience*. Labor unions are not going to bring manufacturing back to the U.S. Text-book scholars are not going to create the conditions for new private businesses to form and thrive.

We need the federal government to change our business relations with China, far more than we need single-payer health care and other government hand-outs. I don't see just voting out the incumbents accomplishing what we really need done. Well, it's not getting done with the idiots there now, so I guess what's the harm...

Forgive me if somebody already said so, because I didn't see such a post, but it doesn't matter at all what the people think of congress. They despise congress, except for the people representing them. They want you to vote out your congressmen whey they re-elect their own. Nothing changes because of that.

I will not be voting for any incumbent, Democrat or Republican.

Anyone with an L by their name will be getting my vote for the foreseeable future.

And that makes you no better (read: same) as every D or R thats votes D and R because its a D or R. Keep that in mind.

Wouldn't that be lovely if Boxer gets voted out? I also hope Lieberman gets voted out in 2012; he's been polled as one of the least popular senators. I hope Lindsey Graham loses the Republican nomination whenever it's time for him to run for it. I hope McCain loses the Republican nomination to a paleocon or at least someone who is more pro-market than he is.

I hope a lot of Republican Liberty Caucus candidates win; I wish all of them could win. Two I can think of right off the top of my dickhead are Dr. Rand Paul and Dr. Mike Vasovski.

Vote for the Constitution Party candidates. The old libertarian party is dead with people like William Weld, Bob Barr, and Neal Boortz associated with it.

Please donate to Rand Paul's campaign. He's doing VERY well here in KY right now with a 20+ point lead over Trey Greyson in the primary coming up in May. And polling to beat the dem in november.

You CAN make a difference.
