That's right, closed escrow Jan 10th, he still hasn't bothered to come up to see my house. Didn't volunteer to help move me out of my apartment, or my rented shop. Now it's April 6th,
he's only seen the pics I posted on the Web.....WTF??? I asked him a couple months ago, said he was 'waiting for an invitation, waiting til I got all unpacked'. BULL$HIT! Best friends
don't need to be invited, I said (am I right?!?) Now he's in escrow on his first house, I told him flat out I sure as hell wouldn't check out his house until he made the time to visit mine.
Am I way off base here, or is he just being a dick????

You're acting like a whiny little bitch.

Who cares if he's come to your house or not.

It's really should be that big of a deal to you.

Obviously not everyone makes as big of a deal about that as others.

everyone has their own definition of a best friend, he may think it's rude of you not to invite him, and think it's rude if he just walks in one day. no offense, but you sound like a chick. i mean seriously, you're whining about something you didn't even ask him to do. assumptions are the mother of all f'ups, don't assume he's going to fit perfectly into your ideal image of a best friend without you letting him know what's up.

$10 says if your house catches on fire he'd drag your ass out, and another $20 says he'd let you crash at his place. THAT'S what a friend's for, if you want him to share the joy, let em know before you slander him.

Since we live in the same area, I wanna know why I haven't been invited. :p ;) lol

I hear ya though. I would have been upset if my best friend showed no interest at all.
