Was in BB today in Lawrence, KS, and picked up a few external 750gb drives for 53.xx apiece. Got all they had on the shelves. Might be local only. White box, called Free Agent Pro and has the name SEAGATE on the box. Its an esata drive with usb as well.

2 for me (2 computers use as external), 1 for my dad, 1 for my wife upstairs, and one i'm going to open up and use as an internal drive.
 
Now that you've had time to brag about your find, how about posting some a SKU, a model numbers or anything else that might aid us in finding this deal locally?
 
just got back from my local bb, nothing there, was armed with my CC, would have cleared the store out of them for that price.
 
Thanks OP, they were marked down to $1.99 at my store......I bought the last 30 of them :evil:.

Just went today to take back a 1TB WD drive which was $250 after tax

Don't forget to check the 500gb models!! I just picked up 4 x 500gb Seagate drives for $39/each at the Lacey WA store (no more by the way). The 750gb model was 160'ish

The model was ST305004FPA1E2-RK on the back of the box

On the best buy tag it said Model: ST305004FP

These were close-outs for the NEW model which was ST30500FD or something like that!

2 TB for $174 oh yeah!
 
All these YMMV deals are a waste of gas 🙂. None around my area. These hard drive deals are never on clearance in socal.

Dog gone you, thats probably the only place in WA that has these kind of deals. I always check the Bellevue and Southcenter stores with no luck. They normally have the item in stock but the price is never great.
 
Picked up two in Anchorage for $65/ea. Wish they had two more so I could completely replace my RAID 5 array. Also picked up a couple 250GB 2.5" USB drives for $65 or so. Had WD 750GB externals for $110/ea.
