today and tomorrow only at fry's right now. Was $99 sale price but is only $79 now!!! i got it when it was $99 and its working great. gonna go buy another one later for a friend.
 
i wouldnt even risk buying something from them online... might get an empty box on my doorstep... last couple of times i got stuff from there, i opened the stuff while inside the store and make sure everything was counted for... ya never know.. 😛

Fry's Electronics does not currently sell products on-line. If you would like to purchase products over the telephone using the Telesales office at the Sunnyvale store, please call the Sunnyvale store at (408) 617-1300 and ask to speak to the Telesales department.

that is their site, they dont do online sales, as stated in my first post. dont ever question me again.
 
i'm told they will ship UPS, and i've read of people on this forum ordering from them. Try it, lead the way!

I dont need to call, i live 10 mins from a Frys.

tips:
#1 insist they only box up and send BRAND NEW units (trust me)
#2 check they did that!

Thanks. i called the Sunnyvale store at (408) 617-1300 and asked to speak to the Telesales department. They took the order for one shipped to me here in charlotte for $79 plus shipping!!!!!!

Is this in the Wednesday newspaper ad? I have the one for SoCal and the only motherboard/cpu combo I see is with a 1.3GHz Athlon.
